Accelerate Pace Of Chrome

Over the next few months, we are going to be rolling out a new release process to accelerate the pace at which Google Chrome stable releases become available. Running under ideal conditions, we will be looking to release a new stable version about once every six weeks, roughly twice as often as we do today. 

Chrome developers plan to sharply reduce the intervals between the stable versions of the browser. All updates will appear immediately in the test versions, and final edition will be released every six weeks, which is two more often than now, said the Chrome’s blog.

Finished versions will include features allready reached mature and stable code. Outstanding new opportunities will be available only in test versions.
Google’s engineers will stabilize developments within one cycle of preparing a release. It will thus be reduced significantly for consumers to wait for interesting innovations, while maintaining the stability of versions.

Chrome’s popularity is growing rapidly among Internet users. The browser is part of Google’s strategy to offer complete protection of its users. As is known, the company successfully requires a set of web-based applications and soon will launch and operating system.
